| 摘 要： | 研究目的:依据引进、消化、吸收、再创新的基本原则,结合自主研发技术积累,从宏观项目规划和管理的角度,对再创新总体方案设计的背景和总体思路进行了研究,完成总体方案并指导此项目的开展和管理。研究结果:依据本总体方案研究完成的再创新研发大纲以通过部级审查,再创新工作已开始施实。

| Abstract: | Research purposes:According to the basic principle of introduction,digestion,absorption and re-innovation along with self development of technology,the researches are done on the background of and overall thoughts on the design of re-innovative overall program from the macro plan and management of views. Research results:The re-innovative development outline worked out on the basis of the overall program has been appraised by the Ministry of Railways and the relative re-innovative developments have been implemented. |
