管系应力计算在工业管道检验检测中的应用

摘    要:在工业管道的检验过程中,采用商业化管系应力计算分析软件,对管道系统的整体应力状况进行分析,确定出应力载荷较大的危险点,有助于检验人员发现应力腐蚀开裂等缺陷,保障不停输全面检验的准确性和可靠性。文中介绍了一个成功的应用案例,该案例中发现了几处典型超标缺陷,说明在工业管道检验检测时,与管系应力计算有机结合,有助于检验人员找出危险管段,提高了检验的有效性与针对性。最后还提出了开展基于管系应力分析的工业管道检验检测的几个步骤与注意事项。

Abstract:To analyse the whole stress condition of a piping system by software for inspection of an industrial pipe can help determine the highest position of the stress load and help the inspectors find stress corrision cracks and ensure the exactness and reliability of an all-round inspection with the pipeline nonstop working. A successful example in the paper ,in which some severe defects were found, shows that Caesar Ⅱ software combined can help insectors to discover dangerous sections of the pipeline and improve the inspection efficiency. Furthermore, some steps and important items, based upon the stress condition of the piping sys- tem for inspection of the industrial pipe, are listed in the paper.
