摘    要:通过考虑静水压力的影响,对多孔形状记忆合金(SMA)马氏体相变的过程进行了分析.以12.5%的孔隙率为例,在等温条件下,只受到静水压力作用时,给出了任意静水压力作用下的应力分布情况,分析了各种马氏体相变阶段,计算了任意阶段中的平均马氏体体积分数值,得到了静水压力下多孔SMA的应力一应变关系曲线.结果表明:静水压力能够诱导多孔SMA发生马氏体相变,且在初始相变阶段影响较大,相变后期影响很小,是导致多孔SMA初始相变点低于实体S№的重要因素.

Abstract:The different transformation stages of the porous SMA (12.5 % porosity) are analyzed under hydrostatic stress at isothermal circumstances. Both the stress distribution and the volume fraction of martensite are calculated under different hydrostatic stress and the stress-strain curve is obtained. The results show that the hydrostatic pressure can induce martensitic phase transformation and can lower the initial phase transition point for porous SMA, while with less effect in later stage, which provides a theoretical basis for future study on transformation in porous SMA.
