人体上呼吸道内气流流动的数值模拟

摘    要:建立了一个从人体口腔到前3级支气管的三维几何模型和流场计算模型,在此基础上分别对稳态呼吸时上呼吸道内的流场分布特性及非稳态呼吸时不同时刻呼吸道内的流场分布特性进行了数值模拟,获得了人体上呼吸道喉部、咽部、喉部声门及支气管等处的稳态呼吸和非稳态呼吸时气流流动规律.研究成果可以为可吸入颗粒物在人体上呼吸道内运动及沉积规律的进一步研究提供参考.

Abstract:An entire 3-dimensional geometry model from mouth,pharynx,larynx,trachea to triple bifurcation and a mathematics model for the calculation of the fluid flow in the upper respiratory tract were proposed in this study.The characteristics of the fluid flow in the upper respiratory tract under steady respiration conditions and unsteady respiration were analyzed based on the models.The basic characteristics of the fluid flow in different parts of the upper respiratory tract were obtained by the simulation,and the simulation results of this paper can provide a foundation for the research of the movement and deposition of inhalational particles in the human upper respiratory tract.
