摘    要:采用化学共沉淀法以FeCl3·6H2O,FeCl2·4H2O为原料,氨水为沉淀剂,进行了9组正交试验,探索制备Fe3O4纳米颗粒磁性能的影响因素,利用振动样品磁强计(VSM)和透射电镜(TEM)对磁粉进行表征,利用正交表极差分析找出了最佳制备工艺条件:即A2B1C3D2,去离子水用量为200 mL(Fe3+为0.1 mol/L);表面活性剂用量为1 mL;氨水30 mL;Fe3+]/Fe2+]=1.75时Fe3O4颗粒饱和磁化强度为62.70 emu/g.

Abstract:By chemical co-precipitation method using FeCl3·6H2O,FeCl2·4H2O,ammonia as precipitating agent,conducted a nine group orthogonal experiment to explore the factors of preparation of Fe3O4 Nano-particles: the amount of deionized water();surfactant dosage;ammonia dosage;the ratio of / etc.Do some research on such factors influences on the saturation magnetization and size distribution of Fe3O4.Using vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) to characterize the particles,and the orthogonal range analysis to identify the optimal process conditions: that A2B1C3D2,deionized water consumption 200ml(Fe3+=0.1mol/L);surfactant dosage is 1ml;ammonia 30ml;/=1.75,when the saturation magnetization of Fe3O4 particles is 62.70 emu/g.
