摘    要:设计了一种由一对磁铁产生回复力的磁性液体加速度传感器,在确定电源电压和频率后,对不同回复力下的输出电压随倾斜角的变化关系进行了研究,并对输入输出曲线的线性部分进行了理论分析和模拟.研究表明:当两个产生回复力的磁铁距离为lOOmm时,实验曲线的线性部分和理论曲线基本一致;线性部分最大值时,惯性质量块的偏移量为13rnrrl.

Abstract:One type of ferrofluids accelerator sensor using a couple of magnets was presented.The rlationship between output voltage and slope angle in the different restoring force was discussed with a fixed input supply voltage and frequency. The linear segment of input-output characteristics curve was studied by theory analysis and simulation. It is found that the linear segment of experimental curve is in accordance with the analysis curve when the distance of the couple of magnets is 100 ram. The dis- placement of inertia mass is 13 mm with the mfiximum linear segment.
