智能液压起拨道机的测量与控制系统

摘    要:智能液压起拨道机的测量与控制系统在对里程、轨距、超高、纵平和正矢测量后,对照数据库中该点的标准线路数据进行决策,然后通过各种控制阀,控制起拨道机的起步、停车、夹轨和定量起道、拨道作业,自动地完成对铁道线路的永平、高低、方向的测量、抄平和定向,从而大大提高了起拨道整正线路作业的质量和效率.

Abstract:After measuring mileage, gauge, cant, vertical irregularity and track alignment, the measure and Control System of intelligent track raising and lining machine made a strategic decision according to the standard line data of the operation point in database, controlled intelligent track raising and lining machine start, stop, clipping track, quantitative track raising and lining by way of multifarious magnetic valve. It could accomplish measuring the horizon, high-low and direction of the circuit of railway, and leveling and orientation of it, hence it advances the quality and efficiency of the line operation to a great extent.
