| 摘 要： | 通过对航运电子市场价格监控系统构成要素、基本功能的阐述,分析了航运电子市场价格监控系统的建立原则,提出了航运电子市场价格监控的事前四级监管机制、事中价格实时监测与预警机制、事后应急处理机制。

| Abstract: | In accordance to the explaination of the elements and the basic functions of price monitoring and controlling system in shipping e-marketplace,this paper analyzes the principle of price monitoring and controlling system in shipping e-marketplace.The pre-event four echelons control mechanism,the risk of early warning and real-time monitoring mechanism,and the post risk management mechanism have been put forward. |
