| Abstract: | This article expounds the engineering cost control method under the mode of valuation with bills of quantities from three aspects of invitation - to - bid process, contract signing and construction process, and proposes preventive countermeasures against the imbalanced offers before presenting the risk prevention countermeasures on contract signing and cost control method in course of construction. |
