| 摘 要： | 城市交通问题日益凸显,城市交通已经成为与环境、能源、可持续发展相关联的,关系到生活质量的复合概念。提出了以人为本的城市交通规划理念,并从公交优先、慢行交通系统和交通平静化3个方面论述了以人为本的城市交通规划策略,以及各策略的具体实施措施。

| Abstract: | Urban transport problems are increasingly obvious.Urban transport linking to the environment,energy,sustain-able development has related to the quality of life.The article presents to the people-oriented urban transport planning concept,and discusses the strategy of the people-oriented urban trans-port planning in three aspects of public transport priority,slow traffic system and traffic calming.Specific measures of the strategies are given. |
