Abstract:Combining with the practice of China railway goods corporation, the article analyses the relation between enterprise incentive mechanism and staff belonging.It discusses with the material incentivesalary, such as welfare, performance and development prospects, and the spiritual encouragement,which included enterprise culture construction,the staff of effective communication,transfers exchange and family care.
