变频电力推进驱动调距桨船舶的推进控制系统设计

摘    要:采用变频电力推进驱动调距桨的推进方案可以有效解决船舶的水下噪声、航速、拖力和燃油消耗等方面的问题,尤其适用于物探船、布缆船、科考船等具有多种航行或者作业工况的船舶。文章基于变频电力推进驱动调距桨方案的技术特点,进行了推进控制系统设计,设计方案能有效地改善快速启动和加速过程容易造成主机负荷超载的问题。该设计方案采用了单一控制和联合控制2种控制模式,能够满足不同作业工况的运行需求,实现船舶操控的稳定运行,保证船舶电力系统的安全,对于配置调距桨的电力推进船舶的推进控制系统设计有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The propulsion scheme using variable frequency electric propulsion to drive the adjustable pitch propeller can effectively solve the underwater noise,speed,towing force and fuel consumption of the ship,which is especially suitable for geophysical exploration ships,cable-laying ships,research ships and other ships with a variety of navigation or operating conditions.In the paper,the propulsion control system is designed based on variable frequency electric propulsion drives CPP.The design scheme can effectively improve the problem that the main engine is easy to be overloaded in the process of quick start and acceleration.The design scheme adopts single control mode and joint control mode,which can meet the operation requirements of different operating conditions and achieve stable operation of ship control,ensuring the safety of ship power system.It has some reference for the design of propulsion control system of electric propulsion ship with adjustable pitch propeller.
