摘    要:文章介绍了新研制的通风蝶阀控制系统,对其微型液压系统、应急手动液压操纵器、电机控制逻辑电路的工作原理进行了分析,并对新型控制系统的组成、功能进行阐述,论证了控制系统的有效性和先进性,通过样机研制和实船应用取得了较好的工程效益,为今后同类蝶阀的研究提供技术参考。

Design of Control System of Butterfly Valve

Abstract:A newly developed ventilation butterfly valve control system is introduced, and the working principle of the micro hydraulic system, emergency manual operation and control circuit, and expounds the composition and function of the control system are analyzed. The effectiveness and advanced nature of the control system are demonstrated. Good engineering benefit is obtained through prototype development and ship application, which provides technical reference for similar butterfly valve research in the future.
