单向交通系统在交通改善中的应用——以温州市和龙港镇中心城区为例

研究作为交通改善方法之一的单向交通系统的适用性。以温州市（大城市）和龙港镇（小城镇）中心城区为例，通过分析现状路网和交通运行特征，制定单向交通系统方案，运用EMME3和VISSIM对方案进行分析与评价，得到单向交通系统的适用性结论。案例分析结果表明，温州市中心城区单向交通系统所带来的负面影响大于正面作用，而龙港镇中心城区单向交通系统却能有效改善交通运行状况。最后，指出单向交通系统与道路特征、交通管理之间的关系。

Using One-way Traffic System in Transportation Improvement:Case Studies in the Central Districts of Wenzhou City and Longgang Town

This paper studies the applicability of one-way traf- fic system as one of the transportation improvement methods. The paper first summarizes the existing road network and its traffic characteristics in the central districts of Wenzhou City （large metropolitan area） and Longgang Town （small town）, and then develops two one-way traffic system plans. Plans are analyzed and evaluated using EMME3 and VISSIM, and con- elusions regarding the applicability of the one-way traffic sys- tem are reached. Analysis results show that the one-way traffic system exhibits more negative influence than positive effect on the central district of Wenzhou City, but can effectively im- prove the traffic operation condition in the central district of Longgang Town. Finally, the paper points out the relationships among the one-way traffic system, road characteristics, and traffic management strategies.
