汽车智能化技术革命及体系构建

摘    要:在全球智能化技术革命蓬勃发展的大潮下,智能汽车已成为智能化的重要载体和组成部分,并成为当前国际科技竞争和产业转型升级的重要方向。在梳理汽车产业经历的4次技术革命的基础上,提出了汽车智能化技术革命的内涵和外延,即汽车的智能化不仅是汽车作为一种大众交通工具智能化操控行驶水平的提升,还包括以汽车生产制造为主体的汽车产业链的整体智能化发展甚至跃升,在更大范围内还逐步向智慧能源、智慧交通、智慧基础设施、智慧城市等领域渗透,三者共同构成了汽车智能化的核心和横、纵体系。我国前期在新能源汽车、新一代信息与通讯、人工智能等技术领域的超前布局,已经为发展智能汽车奠定了良好的基础,目前正面临引领全球汽车智能化的巨大机遇。在积极推进汽车智能化发展的道路上,我国应充分发挥制度和体制优势,勇于面对挑战,抓住机遇加快布局,推动智能汽车产业和智能交通甚至智能城市协同发展,加快占领汽车智能化发展的制高点。

Automobile Intellectualization Technology Revolution and Its Systemic Development

Abstract:Intellectualization of vehicles has become an essential part of global intelligent technology revolution practically, a research front of science and technology and a direction for transformation and upgrading of auto industry. On basis of the four major auto-tech revolutions, this paper puts forward the richer connotation and extension of auto-tech revolution regarding intellectualization, which includes not only the improvement of intelligent control systems in vehicles, but also the development of digital supply chain and smart manufacturing. Meanwhile,on a larger scale, the fields of smart energy, smart transpor-tation, smart infrastructure, smart cities etc. are gradually involved. These three aspects constitute the core of automotive intelligence. China''s efforts on new energy automobiles, new generation information and communication, artificial intelligence and other technologies has laid a solid foundation for accelerating the development of smart cars. The paper also proposes some suggestions on promoting the development of automobile intellectualization in China, that is, accelerating the layout and promotion of the coordinated development of intelligent automobile industry, intelligent transportation and intelligent cities, in order to obtain the leading world position in intelligent vehicle development.
