层析综合法在国际工程项目风险管理中应用

风险管理过程是对项目风险进行识别、评估和应对的过程。以委内瑞拉西部铁路重建工程为例，通过对其风险识别，采用层次综合分析法（HRP）建立相应的HRP风险管理分析模型。将风险定性分析和定量分析相结合，排列出高概率的项目风险，以便作为国际工程项目风险管理的重点，使此项目的风险评价更加有效。
