摘    要:在阐述电动助力转向(Electric Power Steering,EPS)系统的基本组成和工作原理的基础上,设计了以STM32F103VET6单片机为核心的永磁同步电机电动助力转向控制器。介绍了其硬件组成及软件结构,并采用矢量控制对永磁同步电机进行了闭环电流控制,且可以通过CAN总线实现EPS与整车的数据传输。对所设计的系统进行了硬件在环试验,试验结果证明了硬件设计的正确性。

Abstract:This paper sets forth the basic structure and work principle of EPS system,Designed to STM32F103VET6 microcontroller as the core of the permanent magnet synchronous motor electric power steering control.Introduces the hardware and software structure.With the vector control technology,we build the closed loop current control and through the can bus the EPS and vehicle can transmit the data.Finally,the performance of this EPS controller is verified on the hardware-in-loop(HIL) experiment,Experiment results show that the EPS control designed has stable performance and appropriate structure.
