| 摘 要： | 对企业物流成本进行有效的控制，可以提高企业的效益。为了更好的了解企业在物流成本控制方面是否合理，并为企业物流的方案选择提供理论依据，从运输成本控制、装卸搬运成本控制、储存成本控制、包装成本的控制和各环节之间衔接协调的控制5个方面构建了多级评价指标体系。运用模糊数学方法，建立了企业物流成本控制能力多级模糊综合评价模型。实例应用结果表明该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Effective control for enterprise's logistics cost can improve its profit.In order to know whether reasonable in the control of enterprise's logistics cost,and provide theoretical basis for project choice of enterprise's logistics.From transportation cost control,loading and unloading cost and carrying cost control,storing cost control,packaging cost control and connection of control between the links five aspects to construct the mutli-grade evaluation index.Using the fuzzy mathematics method,set up the multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the capacity of enterprise's logistics cost control model.The result of example shows the validity of this method. |
