高速公路沥青路面压实机械的优化组合与碾压技术

摘    要:结合潭邵高速公路沥青混凝土路面的结构和级配组成情况。分析了影响路面压实效果的主要因素。介绍了压路机类型的选用及其不同组合方案的比选、优化、施工工艺与压实试验效果。对最终采用的压实方案的碾压模式、方法、压实度检测、质量控制及缺陷处理措施等进行了论述。

Abstract:Main factors which affect the compaction effect are analyzed in combination with structure and gradation of asphalt concrete pavement of Tanshao Expressway. The selection of roller type and comparison of combination schemes in optimizing, construction technology as well as effect of compaction test are introduced. The compacting mode, approach, compaction degree determination and quality control as well as fault dealing measure of compaction scheme which is eventually employed are expounded.
