摘    要:通过3个工程设计实例的介绍和总结,对直埋蒸汽管道存在的问题进行分析和探讨,指出了保温结构存在的问题和多阻式复合保温结构应用以及保温验算的必要性.详述了暖管排潮问题和抽真空脱水法应用、钢套管防腐问题和方法、固定墩设计微量位移法应用、波纹补偿器选型和布置要求,减轻内固定点热桥效应的措施和存在的问题.

Abstract:Through three introductory engineering design examples and a summary of straight buried steam pipes,a number of issues were analyzed and discussed,pointing out the problem with the heat insulating structure,application of multi-layer insulation and the need for checking insulation;describing in detail such existing problem as the warming trend and the application of vacuum dehydration,and anti-corrosion steel casing on the one hand,and the application of micro displacement anchor design,selection and arrangement of bellows' expansion joint,and measures taken to reduce the effect of thermal bridge on the fixation point on the other.
