| 摘 要： | 历史性城市既要保护又要发展。如何处理保护与发展这对矛盾,值得人们探讨。该文认为,对历史城市的遗产采取有扬有弃的态度是可以将其统一起来,例如上海的新天地与安徽的凤凰城。接着,叙述了安庆古城采取诸如"保起来"、"亮出来"、"串起来"、"用起来"的保护策略,可供参考。

| Abstract: | The historical cities are not only protected,but also developed.How to handle this con- tradiction of protection and development is worth to approach by the people.The article considers the legacies of the historical cities can be developed what are useful or healthy and discarded what are not,which can unify it,i.e.Xintiandi Shanghai and Phoenix City Anhui.Then the article de- scribes Ancient City Anqing takes the protective tactics,i.e.protected,brought,strung togetherandusedable to provide the reference. |
