小型汽轮发电机组停机过程中润滑总管油压突变现象的分析

摘    要:针对某小型汽轮发电机组在停机过程中出现的润滑总管油压突变现象,通过油管路节流孔板的调节、换向阀的结构改造以及相应的试验验证,研究了停机过程中润滑总管的油压变化情况。研究结果表明:停机过程中润滑总管的油压突变现象主要是由于电动油泵与主油泵在主油泵出口处单向阀以及注油器处换向阀上的相互作用冲突造成,是机组油系统管路的固有特性,对机组不会产生任何损伤.

Abstract:The lubrication oil pressure mutation in the lubrication pipe was appeared during the shutdown of a small turbo-generator set. The variational rules of lubrication oil pressure in the pipe during the shutdown were researched through changing the dimension of some restriction orifices, redesigning the shape of a reversal valve and doing some experiment. The results of research shown that just because the interaction between electric oil pump and the main oil pump, which acted respectively on the one-way valve near the outlet of the main oil pump and the reversal valve near the oil ejector, the oil pressure in pipe varied abruptly. At same time this phenomenon was an inherent property of this lubrication oil system, and couldn ~ make any damage to the turbogenerator set.
