| 摘 要： | 根据对我国主要汽车整车物流企业和汽车制造企业的调研，在阐述汽车整车物流(FVL,finished vehicle logistics)概念的基础上，将我国汽车整车物流与先进的整车物流(AFVL，advanced finished vehicle logistics)进行了比较，分析了我国汽车整车物流的发展趋势，提出了汽车整车物流的资源整合战略，并对实现资源整合的关键问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | According to our survey to main vehicle manufacturing enterprises and finished vehicle logistics (FVL) enterprises in China, the concept of FVL is presented and the FVL in China is compared with advanced FVL. Then, the development trend of FVL in China is analyzed and the strategy of resource integration is put forward. Finally, the key issues in implementing resource integration are discussed. |
