该文结合南明河三年综合治理后,南明河"水变清、岸变绿、景变美",旧貌换新颜,极大地改善了河道景观,为贵阳人民创造了一个人性化、个性化的居住环境,营造了一个极具发展潜力的投资环境,为贵阳市的可持性发展创造了条件。河道治理是一项长期的工作,水质的改善是持续不断的,依靠科学技术,才能做到长效管理、长治久清。对于现阶段河道管理存在的问题,应寻找出问题的根结,进一步综合管理好城市河道。

The article introduces that its water becomes clear,its bank becomes green and its scene becomes beautiful after three-year comprehensive harnessing of Nanming River so as greatly to im- prove the river landscape,to create a humanizing and characterizing living environment for the peo- pie of Guiyang,and to build an investment environment absolutely having the development potentiali- ties and to create the conditions for the sustainable development of Guiyang City.The river harness- ing is a long-term work.The improvement of water quality is sustaining.Relying on the science and technology can do the enduring-effect management and long-harnessing long-period clearing.For the existing problems in the present period of river management,it should be to find out the source of problems and further to carry out the comprehensive management of urban rivers.
