血清G-CSF检测在小儿发热性疾病诊断中的意义

目的　探讨血清粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G CSF)活性在小儿发热性疾病中的诊断价值。方法　采用酶联免疫方法检测了 63例发热性疾病 (急性白血病 1 4例 ,呼吸道感染病 49例 )血清G CSF活性 ,同时采用F 82 0血球计数仪检测外周血中性粒细胞 (ANC)绝对值。结果　非细菌感染性病例血清G CSF呈阴性反应 ,外周血ANC正常或低于正常 ;细菌感染性病例血清G CSF阳性 ,其活性与外周血ANC计数呈正相关 ,而部分急性白血病患儿二者呈负相关。结论　检测血清G CSF活性有助于小儿发热性疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断及指导临床抗生素的合理应

The significance of colony-stimulating factors of serum with the diagnosis of febrile disease in children

Objective\ To investigate the diagnostic value of the activity of serum colony stimulating factor(G CSF) in children with febrile diseases.Methods\ The activity of serum G CSF in 63 children with febrile diseases (14 cases acute leukaemia before and after the chemical therapy, 49 cases respiratory infections) were examined by ELISA(Enzyme linked Immune Assay),and the absolute value of ANC in peripheral blood were counted by F 820 blood cell counter.Results\ the serum G CSF in patients with non bacterial infection diseases presented negative reaction,and their ANC in peripheral blood was normal or lower than normal;while the activity of serum G CSF in patients with bacterial infection diseases was positively related to the ANC in peripheral blood ( P < 0.01) ,however,in some patients with acute leukaemia,the both was negatively related.Conclusion\ The examination of the activity of serum G CSF is helpful,not only for differential diagnosis of children febrile diseases,but also for clinical reasonable use of antibiotics.
