| 摘 要： | 车辆牌照的自动识别是智能交通系统中的一项重要技术,而车辆牌照的定位又是车牌识别的关键点之一。文章依据二值化图像中车牌区域跳变频率高的事实,提出一种算法来确定车辆牌照在原始图像中的水平位置和垂直位置,从而定位车辆牌照。实验结果表明本算法处理速度较快、便于实现。

| Abstract: | The automatic identification technique for license plate location is an important technique in the intelligent transport system(ITS),while the license plate location is the key points of the license plate identification.Based on the high changing frequency from the whole vehicle pictures,this paper presents an algorithmic method to determine the accurate positions of the plates,thus locating the license plate.The test results shown that this algorithmic method is feasible and easy to do. |
