摘    要:作者观察了12只猫在不同程度骶神经根受损后刺激胫后神经和腓肠神经诱发的腰髓电位(LP)和皮层电位(CP)的改变。结果发现:S_1神经根受损时,刺激腓肠神经诱发的LP改变最明显,其CP次之;刺激胫后神经诱发的LP改变较小,其CP无显著变化。SEP的改变特征主要表现为波幅下降,而潜伏期无明显变化。

Abstract:In this study, we recorded and observed both the lumbar spinal evoked potential(LPs) and cortial somatosensory evoked potential (CPs) with the stimulation of tibial nerves and sural nerves in 12 cats with Si nerve root injury of various degrees. The results showed that change of the LPs to sural nerves stimulation was most remarkable, andthe next, their CPs. The change of the LPs to tibial nerves stimulation was comparatively less prominent, and their CPs had no significant change. The characteristics of the changes of SEPs were only a lowering of amplitude but not an existing of significant change of latency.
