既有地铁整体道床线路接轨道岔施工技术

摘    要:以上海轨道交通8号线与1号线在人民广场接轨工程为例,研究了既有地铁整体道床线路接轨道岔施工技术以及采用纤维增强聚氨酯发泡(FFU)合成枕木与混凝土结合的施工工艺.提出了地铁晚间停运期间施工的道岔质量控制和安全控制措施,可为类似工程提供参考.

Abstract:Taking the project that connects Shanghai Metro Line 8 and Line 1 in People's Square for example,this paper studies the construction technology of the integration turnout on monolithic track bed of existing railway lines,the combination of the FFU synthetic sleepers and concrete,and proposes solutions to safety and quality control of turnout construction during the non-operation period of trains,this case study can be considered as a reference for similar projects.
