| 摘 要： | BT项目投资模式是一种新兴概念,虽然形式比较单纯,同时也存在很多缺陷,尤其是风险问题,譬如政府信用风险、项目控制风险、金融风险等等是BT项目投资必须面临的风险。该文以宁波明州大桥为例就诸类风险进行了初步分析,并提出了相应的控制措施。

| Abstract: | The BT project investment mode is a new conception.The type is simpler,but there are many defects,especially the risk issue,i.e.the government credit risk,the project control risk and the financial risk are the risks having to be faced during the BT project investment.Taking Mingzhou Bridge in Nongbo as an example,the article preliminarily analyzes various risks and puts forward the relative control measures. |
