| 摘 要： | 钢的碳氮共渗热处理工艺具有共渗温度低、可直接淬火等特点。着重分析了碳氮共渗工艺在实际生产中的１０种缺陷，并针对每种缺陷采取相应措施加以防治，能有效确保碳氮共渗层质量，提高使用寿命，增加经济效益。

| Abstract: | The heat treatment technology of carbo - nitriding of steel has the characteristic of lower treatment temperature and direct quenching. This paper makes emphatic analysis of 10 defects of the technology existed in the practical pro- duction and puts forward appropriate prevention measures and solution which can ensure the carbo - nitriding quality, increase the service life and economic efficiency. |
