铁路营销管理与电子贸易

摘    要:国际互联网技术为基础的电子贸易对铁路运输管理体制产生了深远的影响.做为铁路运输和外部社会进行信息、服务交流界面的铁路营销,面临着电子商务时代的挑战和历史机遇.铁路运输的网页营销、电子货币化、中介机构的电子化是一种发展趋势.作者通过分析电子贸易和铁路营销管理的关系,提出了铁路营销面临的若干问题和解决途径.

Abstract:Based on the Internet technology, electronic trade brings about profound influence on railway management system. As the interface to exchange information, service etc. between railway and the outside world, Railway marketing is facing a historical challenge and opportunity. Generally speaking, webpage marketing, electronic currency and electronical-ization of centre organization are the developing trend. This article analyzes the relationship between electronic trade and railway marketing, and puts forward some problem about railway marketing and some solution methods.
