摘    要:阐述了单点自适应控制策略的基本内涵,回顾了典型单点自适应控制策略的技术特点,分析了存在的主要问题.为了进一步深化单点自适应控制策略的研究,应借鉴社会公正的规则体系建立相位切换决策方法的一般设计原则,将相位结构设计视为相位切换决策方法设计的首要工作,宜遵循通行权利保证、通行机会平等、通行时间分配和弱势群体补偿4项原则,设计相位切换决策方法的优化模型和逻辑规则.
