| 摘 要： | 随着“十五”计划的贯彻执行,我国经济和社会发展进入了一个新阶段。在这一阶段,我国经济运行的方式和状态以及主要矛盾都在发生着巨大的变化,为了适应这种变化,我们就要因地制宜制定一些有力措施,搞好现阶段的经济调控,而其中培育和发展有中国特色的劳动力市场,具有特别迫切和重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Our national economic and social development walk into a new era, with the fulfillment of " the 10th 5-year Strategy". In this stage the form and condition of our national economy function are changing greatly, as well as the main conflict. In order to adjust to this impact, we should adjust measures to local conditions and carry out the arrangement of economy in present state. What is more important and urgent is that we should help cultivate and develop the Chinese-style labor market. |
