摘    要:介绍了基于研华PCI-1712高速数据采集卡设计的电控单体泵采集分析系统,分别采集了喷油压力、单 体泵驱动扭矩和燃油低压信号,并对信号进行滤波和计算,获得了单体泵的最大喷油压力及散差、喷油提前角及散 差、峰值扭矩及散差等参数,用于电控单体泵的分析。智能分析软件利用上述数据判断单体泵总成是否合格,并且 报告不合格的因素。

Abstract:A new collecting and analyzing system was developed for EUP based on Advantech PCI-1712 high speed multifunction card. Injection pressures, drive torque for EUP and low pressure of fuel were collected and filtered, and the peak injection pressure, injection timing, peak torque value and their differences among 6 cylinders were calculated and achieved for the analysis of an EUP assembly. The EUP assembly was checked whether it had defect or not, and those elements that had defects were displayed. This system has been used successfully in testing the EUP assembly at Machinery Group Co. Ltd.
