| 摘 要： | 提出了城市交通信息系统的结构方案 :一个核心即交通信息中心 ,交通管理、电子收费、交通诱导、交通信息服务、地理信息、紧急救援、营运车辆管理、车辆安全辅助驾驶八个子系统以及道路交通管理和车辆管理两个数据库 ,阐述了各子系统的功能 ,并预测了交通信息系统在中国实施后将产生的积极影响
