摘    要:针对长江尹公洲航段通航环境复杂、通过能力趋于饱和、船舶事故多发的问题,运用数据分析的方法,分析船舶交通流特征和水文气象条件影响,指出尹公洲航段面临的关键问题。通过分析焦北滩南汊河槽历史演变和实地调研,提出将焦北滩南汊建设成内河Ⅲ级航道的设想和规划,以及需要采取的工程技术措施。通过分析新航道开通对尹公洲航段通航环境的影响,得出开通焦北滩南汊航道可改善尹公洲航段通航条件、提升通过能力、降低安全风险的结论。进而分析新开航道后的安全、经济、环保效益及其他优势,最后建议针对开通焦北滩南汊航道开展更深入的研究。

Abstract:In view of the complicated navigation environment in Yingongzhou channel, limited channel capacity and frequent ship accidents, we use the data analysis method to analyze the influence of ship traffic flow characteristics and hydrology-weather conditions, and point out the key problems faced by Yingongzhou channel.Based on the analysis of the historical evolution and field investigation of the southern branch channel of Jiaobei waterfront, we propose the idea and planning of constructing the southern branch of Jiaobei waterfront into the Grade 3 channel of the inland river, as well as the technical engineering measures to be taken. By analyzing the influence of the opening of new channel on the navigation environment in Yingongzhou channel, we draw the conclusion that the opening of the southern branch channel of Jiaobei waterfront can improve the navigation conditions, enhance the passing capacity and reduce the safety risk of Yingongzhou channel.Furthermore, we carry out an analysis on the benefits of safety, economy and environmental protection and other advantages, and propose suggestions to carry out more in-depth study for the opening of the southern branch channel of Jiaobei waterfront.
