摘    要:在巷道中,地下无轨车辆行驶制动的稳定性与制动系统性能密切相关.基于LCB和PosiStop制动液压系统及其原理,提出了在2m^3铲运机上采用PosiStop制动系统,并进行了设计、计算与应用分析.实际使用效果表明,在2m^3铲运机上采用该新的制动技术,可提高地下铲运机的安全性能,满足地下安全生产的需要.

Abstract:The braking stability of underground trackless vehicles are closely related to the performance of braking system.Based on LCB and PosiStop hydraulic brake system and its working principle,the PosiStop braking system is proposed on the 2 m3 scrapers and the design calculation and analysis of its application are carried out.The actual application result shows that,using this new brake technology on 2 m3 scrapers,it can improve the safety performance of the underground scrapers and meet the needs of undergroun...
