| 摘 要： | 机动车辆长期载重运行、与地面摩擦力大及天气温度过高等原因会使车轮胎爆炸而造成交通事故.除使用高性能轮胎外,对轮胎保护控制提出了更高的要求.提出一种基于PLC的轮胎监控系统.分析了该系统的原理及组成,介绍了系统的软、硬件设计.通过对轮胎温度、压力、转向信号的检测,驱动数码管进行温度显示,利用洒水装置进行过温处理,实现过压报警和倒车提示.如有异常,使车辆熄火.大大提高了机动车辆行驶的安全性.
