基于特征建模的柴油机机体有限元分析

摘    要:应用Pro/E特征建模技术和ANSYS有限元软件,建立了某大功率柴油机机体的有限元模型,采用了符合实际的边界条件施加方法,在预紧状态和最高燃烧压力两种工况下对其进行受力分析,确定了机体的最大应力部位;同时对机体的疲劳安全性进行了校核。结果表明,采用此有限元方法可为机体的评估和多方案改进设计提供计算依据。

Abstract:Application of Pro/E and ANSYS FEA software,the finite element model is built for the cylinder block of heavy duty diesel engine based on the feature model.Assuming the more precise method of boundary condition,the stress analysis is carried out in the pretension and the peak pressure condition,so make sure the most stress position.Then the fatigue safety analysis is checked on the cylinder block.Finally,the results show that FEM offers the basis for cylinder block of evaluation and many schemes improvement design.
