汽车变速器渐开线齿形花键轴的冷挤压成形技术

摘    要:介绍了渐开线花键的冷挤压成形原理、挤压工艺过程以及模具结构设计特点,并对渐开线齿形花键模芯的结构设计进行了叙述。与常规的滚齿加工工艺相比,冷挤压成形的渐开线齿形花键轴具有齿形强度高、齿形精度较高、材料利用率高、生产效率高等优势。通过大批量生产实践表明,采用冷挤压成形工艺生产渐开线齿形花键轴具有十分显著的经济效益。

Abstract:The cold extrusion shaping principle?extrusion process and die structure feature of involute spline are introduced in this paper,and describe the structure design of involute profile spline mould core.Contrast to conventional generating process,the involute profile spline of cold extrusion shaping has the advantages of higher profile intension?higher profile precision?higher material utilization ratio and higher production efficiency etc.Through the practical indication of high batch volume production,applying cold extrusion shaping technology to produce the involute profile splined shaft has a marked eccnomic benefit.
