碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土梁疲劳性能试验研究

摘    要:通过对2片钢筋混凝土梁、6片用碳纤维布加固的钢筋混凝土梁的模型试验研究,分析试验梁在循环荷载作用下梁体顶面应变、受拉区钢筋应变、碳纤维布的受力特点、跨中截面抗弯刚度、梁体裂缝等.研究结果表明,钢筋混凝土梁用碳纤维布加固后,在经过200万次循环荷载作用后,其强度与抗弯承载能力明显提高,且随粘贴层数的增加,其承载能力提高的幅度也增大.由此可知,碳纤维布与混凝土的共同工作性能良好,满足抗疲劳要求.

Abstract:Through the model test study of 2 reinforced concrete beams and other 6 reinforced concrete beams strengthened by CFRP texture, the strain in the tops of the tested beams, the strain of reinforcement in the tensile areas, the mechanical characteristics of the CFRP texture, the bending rigidity in the midspan cross sections and cracks in the beams under the action of cyclic load are analyzed. The results of the analysis indicate that after the reinforced concrete beams are strengthened by the CFRP texture and experience the cyclic load of 200×10~4 times, the strength and bending bearing capacity of the beams have been evidently increased and with the increase of the binding layers of the texture, the amplitude of the bearing capacity is increased as well. It is known from the analysis that the joint function of the CFRP texture and concrete is good and can satisfy the requirements for fatigue resistance.
