| 摘 要： | 哈大铁路客运专线后张箱梁预制施工中,应用了真空辅助压浆技术。通过对实际施工中采取的质量控制措施的阐述,详细介绍了真空辅助压浆工艺质量控制的经验和措施。应用结果表明,真空辅助压浆施工技术能够有效保证后张箱梁孔道压浆质量。

| Abstract: | During the construction of post-tensioning precast box girder in Harbin-Dalian passenger railway line,the vacu-um-aided mud-jack technology was used.Through expounding the quality control measure which was used for actual construc-tion,this paper introduces the experiences and measures of quality control for vacuum-aided mud-jack technology.The result shows that vacuum-aided mud-jack technique can ensure the quality ofmud jacking by pore canal of post-tensioning box girder. |
