| Abstract: | Aiming at various tasks for the 11th Five-year Plan and those for Year 2006,the article proposes unified thoughts,revivified spirit and continuous efforts to explore a bright future and achieve even more outstanding success in communications field,which will provide powerful transport supports for realizing the all-sided goals in the 11th Five-year Plan and boosting the construction of a harmonious society in Guangxi with the themes of Prosperity,Culture,Ecology and Safety. |
