穴位电针刺激参数与背根电位的关系

摘    要:本文报告了穴位电针剌激参数与大白鼠背根电位(Dorsal Root Potential简称DRP)的关系。结果提示,当电针刺激强度为4T~10T、频率为40~80Hz时,穴位电针引起的DRP振幅较大、时程较长。此时Ⅱ类纤维大部分或全部兴奋、Ⅲ类纤维部分或大部分兴奋。用不同间隔的双刺激实验结果对频率剌激引起的DRP的机理进行了分析。对穴位电针剌激参数、DRP峰值和时程与镇痛效果的关系,以及电针镇痛的传入纤维类别等进行了讨论。


The Relation of the Electro—acupuncture Paramefer to the Dorsal Root Potential
Abstract:This paper presents the relation of the electro-acupuneture parameter with the dorsal root potential (DRP) in rats. The results showed that the amplitude of DRP was larger and the duration was longer when the intensity of the electro-acupuncture stimulus was at 4T~10T and the frequency at 40~80H_2. Under these conditions, the major or the whole of groupⅡ fibres were excited, and the groupⅢ fibres were partly excited. Using the double stimulus with various intervals, the mechanism of the DRP produced by the stimulus with various frequencies is analysed. The relation of the electro-acupuncture parameter to the amplitude and duration of DRP and to the analgesic effect of electro-acupuncture is discussed. The types of the afferent nerve fibre responsible for the analgesia of electroacupuncture are discussed as well.
