离体豚鼠心室肌缺血再灌注心律失常及电生理特性

摘    要:利用细胞内玻璃微电极记录技术,研究了离体豚鼠右心室游离壁缺血再灌渔心律失常的发生与跨壁传导等电生理特性变化之间的关系,并观察了利多卡因对其的影响。结果;在缺血和再灌注中,因动作电位时程和有效不应期缩短、心肌传导时间尤其是跨壁传导时间延长、心外膜下心肌至极离散化和心肌兴奋性的不均一化等变化而引起的折返激动,可能是这一模型心律失常发生的重要原因之一。10μmol/L利多卡因在此模型中发挥抗心律失常作用的途径,可能与降低心肌兴奋性、成慢心肌传导速度,从而阻断折返通路有关。

Abstract:We studied the relation8hip between incidence of ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmiasin isoIated guinea pig right ventricular free wall andthe changes of its electrophysiological propertieswith standard microelectrode techniques. The effects of Lidocain was studied too. The resultsshowed that reentry caused by abbreviated actionpotential duration and effective refractory, prolonged conduction time, unequalized excitation andnonunified repolarization maybe played an importantrole in development of arrhythmias in this model.The antiarrhythmic action of 10 μmol/L Lidocainmight be related to decreasing myocardial excitation,suppressing conduction velocity and preventingoccurrence of reentry. This model can be used forstudy of ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmias and antiarrhythmic drugs.
