| 摘 要： | 在高速公路联网收费中,环路的存在引起驾驶员对多条路径的选择问题,而在投资主体多元化的背景下,通行费如何征收与拆分是当前高速公路联网收费管理中亟需解决的问题。本文对高速公路网多路径问题引起的通行费征收与拆分方案进行了探讨,提出了以最低(最短路径)收费为征收标准、"最短路径为主体、多路径概率拆分为补充"的拆分方案。
