舰船机电产品可靠性验收试验方法

摘    要:按照国家标准要求,可靠性试验方案的制定、判别标准和试验结果判定方法的确定均非常复杂,处理不当,易使参试方和承制方对试验结论产生分歧,导致可靠性试验难以展开,尤其对于诸如电动风机、泵组、阀门等舰船通用机电产品而言更是如此。为解决这一问题,促进可靠性试验工作的落实,依据可靠性试验的有关标准和要求,通过对标准试验方法的合理分析,提出了适用于舰船通用机电产品的可靠性试验方法。该方法简单、实用,易于理解和结果判定,可为舰船通用机电产品的可靠性试验验收工作提供新思路。

Abstract:In accordance with national standards, the framing and criterion of the reliability test, as well as the judgment of the testing result can be extremely complicated. In this case, divergence could appear between trial participants and providers, which severely impedes the progress of the reliability trial, especially for those universal marine electro-mechanical products such as eleciric fans, the pumps, valves, and electric driving motors. Aiming at the problem, this paper presents a new"reliability test approach for universal electro-mechanical products through the analysis of related standards and requirements of the reliability test. This method is straightforward, practical, understandable and easy to judge, and is expected to provide a new thought for the reliability test in the area of universal electro-mechanical products.
