| 摘 要： | 在南友高速公路沥青混凝土路面的施工过程中,采用沥青路面密度仪(PQI)对沥青混凝土路面的离析进行检测和评价。通过广泛采集路面的密度资料,根据检测路段密度的变化情况,利用统计分析的方法判断路面的离析程度及范围。结果表明,无离析地带为每台摊铺机的中部,轻度离析地带为摊铺机两侧边缘地带,严重离析地带为两台摊铺机搭接处。并分析了施工过程中离析产生的原因,提出了相应的防治方法。利用沥青路面密度仪对路面离析问题进行检测快速准确、无损及无放射源,可以为同类工程借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | The method of detecting and evaluating the surface segregation by using pavement quality indicator(PQI) in Nan-You freeway asphalt pavement construction is introduced.According to the measured diversification of field densities,the degrees and areas of surface segregation are evaluated by using statistic analysis method.The results of PQI indicated that there is no segregation occured on the central part of paver,mild segregation occured on the two sides of paver and severe segregation occured on the overlapping of two pavers.The causes of surface segregation are analyzed and the preventive measures are pointed out.Detecting surface segregation by using PQI has many advantages of rapid,accurate,nondestructive,and non-radioactive,it can be used as reference for the similar engineering construction. |
