连续刚构桥大体积混凝土承台温度场仿真分析

摘    要:混凝土在固化过程中释放的水化热使构件内部产生较大的温度变化,由此产生的温度应力是导致混凝土出现裂缝的主要因素.结合某特大桥大体积混凝土承台施工工程,采用MIDAS/Civil分析软件对其进行仿真,对大体积混凝土承台内部温度场变化的规律和温控措施的实际效果进行总结.通过对理论值与实测值的比较分析,为桥梁大体积混凝土承台温度控制提供指导.

Abstract:The heat of hydration releasing from the concrete while its hardening leads to the temperature change, which causes the corresponding temperature stresses which are the main factors to form cracks in the mass concrete structures. With the combination of the project practice of one continuous rigid frame bridge, finite element software MIDAS/Civil is used to imitate the variation temperature field and actual effect of temperature control measures of mass concrete caps. Comparing the measured value with theoreti- cal value of temperature, the result of simulation is basically in accordance with the experimental data. The result of the simulation can meet the need in practice and supply the theoretical basis for the tempera- ture monitor of mass concrete pile cap.
