氟宁抗氟作用机理研究

摘    要:目的 探讨氟宁抗氟的作用机理。方法 将 48只兔随机分为 4组 ,A组为染氟加氟宁组 ,B组为染氟加维生素C组 ,C组为染氟组 ,D组为空白对照组 ,观察各组动物骨、骨骼肌组织学和超微结构变化及血、尿、粪、器官组织的含氟量变化。结果 A组骨骼肌超微结构无明显改变 ;B、C组骨骼肌肌原纤维部分断裂、溶解 ,线粒体水肿 ,嵴消失 ;A、B、C组骨、骨骼肌组织学结构正常。A组骨、牙齿含氟量显著低于B、C组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血、尿中含氟量显著高于B、C组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 氟宁可促进氟的排泄 ,减少氟在组织中的沉积和对组织的损害 ,具有明显的抗氟作用。

The mechanism study of Funing' s anti-fluorine
Abstract:Objective To analyse the mechanism of Funing's anti fluorine. Methods 48 rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly.Group A was given Funing after flourosis.Group B was also flourosis given vitamin C. Group C was flourosis only and Group D was blank control group.After being treated 4 months,we observed the histology and ultrastructure change of the animal skeletal muscles and bone,and the content of flurorine in blood,urine,dung and some organs.Results There is no obvious change of ultrastructure and histology in skeletal muscles in group A.But some necrosis and solution of myofibril has been seen,some mitochondrions were swelling and some cristae disappearing,myofibril breaking in group B and C.There are significant difference of the content of fluorine between the group A and B,C( P <0.05).The content of fluorine of blood and urine were higher in group A than in group B( P <0.05).Conclusion Funing can promote the excretion of flurine,reduce its deposition and demolition in the organs. Funing has obvious anti fluorine function.
